well, it was a pretty crazy sunday at border brawl. carleton lost 10-11 to iowa, then lost 7-10 to minnesota and lost a chance at the finals. minnesota also managed to beat wisconsin 10-11, which put them at a 6-1 record. interestingly, their one lost was against luther who lost all 6 of their other games. wisconsin also lost to colorado, 11-10. a ton of games decided by one point this weekend. this put minnesota (6-1) in the finals against colorado (5-2, head-to-head win against wisconsin). in the finals, colorado beat minnesota 11-8. at wilmington 8s, pittsburgh went 7-0 and played cornell (5-2, head-to-head win against florida). at least i was right about something. pittsburgh won the finals 15-13. also, tennessee beat florida 7-11 for third place. pretty wild weekend for college ultimate.
